These Terms of Use govern access to alphadesign.bg and the use of the information, content, contact forms, and services offered by Alpha Design.

By accessing the website or sending an inquiry, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Alpha Design is a commercial brand offering services in web design, website development, online stores, branding, graphic design, marketing, and digital solutions.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website presents information about Alpha Design, portfolio work, services, projects, contact details, and the option to send an inquiry.

The information on the website is for informational and presentation purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer unless explicitly stated otherwise in written communication, an individual offer, or a contract.

3. Services

Alpha Design may offer services such as:

web design and UI/UX design;
development of websites using Framer, WordPress, Shopify, or other platforms;
online stores and product pages;
landing pages and campaign pages;
branding and visual identity;
graphic design and advertising visuals;
marketing consulting, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign materials;
support, optimization, and development of existing websites.

The specific scope, deadlines, price, revisions, deliverables, and working process are agreed individually for each project through an offer, written communication, invoice, contract, or another confirmed document.

4. Inquiries and Communication

When you send an inquiry through the website or by email, you agree to be contacted in relation to that inquiry.

Sending an inquiry does not automatically create a contractual relationship and does not require Alpha Design to accept the project.

Alpha Design may refuse a project if it does not match our capacity, services, values, deadlines, or professional judgment.

5. Offers, Prices, and Payments

All prices, deadlines, and payment terms are agreed individually.

If sample prices, packages, or indicative amounts are shown on the website, they are for orientation only and may change depending on the project scope.

A project may require an advance payment before work begins.

Final files, access to a completed website, or publication of a project may be provided after the agreed payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

Delayed payment may result in paused work, postponed deadlines, or suspension of support.

6. Deadlines and Client Cooperation

Project deadlines depend on the timely provision of content, feedback, access, images, copy, products, brand assets, and other required resources by the client.

If the client delays providing information or feedback, deadlines may be extended accordingly.

Alpha Design is not responsible for delays caused by missing cooperation, external platforms, technical issues with third parties, or circumstances outside Alpha Design’s reasonable control.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions and the scope of included changes are agreed individually.

Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Changes outside the original scope may include, for example, new pages, new functionality, major changes to an approved design, adding new languages, product migrations, integrations, or any other work that was not included in the original offer.

8. Client-Provided Content

The client is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights related to all provided copy, images, logos, videos, products, fonts, licenses, trademarks, and other materials.

By providing materials, the client confirms that they have the right to use them and to authorize Alpha Design to use them for the project.

Alpha Design is not responsible for claims related to materials provided by the client.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Until the agreed fee is paid in full, all designs, concepts, files, code, structures, proposals, and other materials created by Alpha Design remain the property of Alpha Design, unless otherwise agreed.

After full payment, the client receives the right to use the final approved materials for the agreed purpose.

Working files, drafts, rejected concepts, internal systems, processes, components, templates, and know-how remain the property of Alpha Design, unless their transfer is explicitly agreed.

Alpha Design reserves the right to use completed projects, images, screenshots, descriptions, and results in its portfolio, presentations, social media, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing in advance.

10. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Projects may use third-party services and platforms such as Framer, Shopify, WordPress, Meta, Google, Zoho, payment systems, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, plugins, apps, and others.

Alpha Design does not fully control these services and is not responsible for their downtime, price changes, technical limitations, bugs, data loss, blocked accounts, or changes to their terms.

The client is responsible for their own accounts, subscriptions, licenses, payments to third parties, and compliance with third-party terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Design provides services with professional care, but does not guarantee specific business results, sales, search engine rankings, revenue, advertising return, or other financial metrics unless explicitly agreed in writing.

The website and its content are provided “as is”.

Alpha Design is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from the use of the website, inability to use the website, or actions of third parties, except where required by law.
